We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive sales for FormulaHR’s Payroll Outsourcing Services . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, presenting payroll solutions, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining strong client relationships. Experience Required: 2 to 5 years Core Requirements Drive sales for FormulaHR’s Payroll Outsourcing Services.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold visits, referrals, and local networking. Meet HR Heads, Finance Managers, and Business Owners to understand payroll requirements. Present FormulaHR’s payroll processing capabilities including salary processing, statutory compliance, and reports.
Conduct in-person solution discussions. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Coordinate with internal payroll, compliance, and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients. Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM. Stay updated on statutory payroll requirements: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and labour compliances.
Represent FormulaHR at HR meets, industry events, and networking forums. Eligibility Confident communication and body language. 2–5 years of proven Sales experience in Payroll Outsourcing Services. Strong understanding of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and face-to-face selling skills. Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales cycles. Any Bachelor’s degree
