Job Description
Job Purpose: To drive membership sales for the club by identifying potential customers, converting leads, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting the club’s facilities, lifestyle, and offerings. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads for club memberships through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, events, digital inquiries, etc.) Conduct club tours and presentations to prospective members, showcasing amenities and benefits Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential members for upselling and referrals Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closure of sales Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for Manager role) 2–6 years of experience in sales (hospitality, real estate, club memberships, luxury services preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Customer-centric approach with a pleasing personality Target-driven and self-motivated Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Background: Experience in club membership sales / hospitality / real estate / luxury retail Key Skills: Sales & Negotiation Relationship Management Lead Generation & Conversion Communication & Presentation Skills Share your resume at [email protected]
