We are looking to hire candidates for Manager Business Development for Power Marketing and sales of pre-packaged software, electronic hardware and allied services to clients in electric power sector for Hyderabad & Chennai location. The person should have minimum 5 -10 years of experience in sales of pre-packaged products/ services in the electrical power sector.

This position will be responsible for doing product promotion, sales and maintaining customer relations. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 5 -10 years of experience in sales of pre-packaged products/services in the electrical power sector Preferable experience in Electrical Power system analysis Software like Mi-Power, ETAP, CYMDIST, EDSA, SKM, Dig-silent etc., simulation studies Proficiency in explaining utility of product/services portfolio to electrical power utilities, consultants and industrial establishments. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Attainment of sales target year after year, very self-motivated and results-oriented, able to meet specific quota goals and performance deliverables each quarter; Ability to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business units and senior leadership Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Knowledge of any software simulator for electric network studies will be an added advantage Soft Skills: Excellence in teamwork. Possess conceptual, analytical and presentation skills. Creative, dynamic & amp; confident.

Should be an initiator Able to work under pressure. Should be able to work under different cultures. Willingness to travel.

Good convincing skills are required Travel • Expected Travel 50-70%
