Sales Development Representative (US Shift)

Job Description
We are looking for a HUNGRY and High-Energy Account Executive who is excited to grow at fast-paced startup, take ownership of their pipeline, and help bring innovation to convenience store owners globally. If you’re competitive, coachable, and motivated by success, this role is for you. What You’ll Do You will own the full sales cycle —from prospecting and qualifying to closing deals.
You will make 150+ outbound cold calls daily to convenience store owner prospects across America and help teach them about how our technology can super charge their business and eventually convert them into paying customers. You will build and nurture long-term customer relationships that create repeat business and referrals. You will consistently exceed quotas while contributing ideas to improve sales playbooks and processes.
You will oftentimes participate in experiments on new product lines and offerings while providing feedback to the leadership team which you will work with directly. You will be highly detail oriented and maintain pristine CRM hygiene at all times. Key Requirements Please note that this role is fully in person at our Ahmedabad office and night shift serving our American customer base (6:30PM to 3:30AM IST).
A minimum of 3 years of sales deal closing experience, with at least 2 years of experience closing deals with American or Canadian clients. You must be an excellent verbal and written communicator in English , but also verbally fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. You must be eager to learn, highly coachable, and open to adopting new strategies, tools, and processes.
You must have high mental fortitude to deal with constant change within priorities as our early stage startup experiments on new product lines and strategies. Since you are cold calling daily and also closing deals daily, you must be comfortable balancing high activity with high-quality conversations that lead to results while managing your own motivation well. You must have a strong track record of exceeding quotas in fast-moving environments.
