Role Description

The Senior Registration Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This position oversees end-to-end registration processes for events, including system configuration, data management, and attendee support. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and testing registration platforms, managing timelines and workflows, and ensuring accurate reporting and analytics for clients.

The role interacts regularly with event managers, technology partners, and venue teams to coordinate registration requirements and troubleshoot issues. The Senior Registration Manager also mentors junior staff, refines registration best practices, and contributes to continuous improvement of Sprintr®’s event technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with event registration systems, event technology platforms, and attendee data management tools.
  • Skills in project coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication within an event or hospitality environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including data validation, reporting, and problem-solving to optimize registration workflows.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM systems) and comfort learning new digital tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor team members and collaborate effectively in cross‑functional settings.
  • Previous experience in event management, conference production, or similar roles; background in large‑scale or tech-enabled events is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear instructions and customer service.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in events, business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
