Senior Product Designer

Senior Specialist - Product Experience Designer / Contract / Dublin / Hybrid

We're partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a Senior Product Experience Designer to join a collaborative product team building innovative digital experiences used by customers around the world.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and fellow Designers to create intuitive, user-centred experiences across the entire product lifecycle. From discovery and research through prototyping, validation and delivery, you'll help shape products that solve complex user problems while maintaining exceptional quality and usability.

• Dublin-based
• 6-month contract (Potential to be made perm)

What you'll be doing:

• Design intuitive end-to-end digital product experiences for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Research teams throughout the design process.
• Facilitate design workshops and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and Figma libraries.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are ready for seamless development handover.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools and AI-powered workflows.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
• Experience creating prototypes for user testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design and accessibility (WCAG).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
• Curiosity for AI tools and how they can improve design processes.

Nice to have:

• UX Research experience.
• HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience working on large-scale digital products.
