We are expanding into PrestaShop and looking for a Senior PrestaShop Developer who can lead development, optimize performance, and deliver scalable eCommerce solutions.

Role Overview As a Senior PrestaShop Developer, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing PrestaShop-based eCommerce stores. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a hands-on plus leadership role, ideal for someone who can both code and guide a team.

Key Responsibilities Develop and customize PrestaShop modules, themes, and core functionalities Build high-performance, scalable eCommerce solutions Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance Integrate third-party APIs (ERP, CRM, payment gateways, shipping, etc.) Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions Lead code reviews and ensure best practices (coding standards, security) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, Marketing) Handle migrations (PrestaShop upgrades, platform migrations if needed) Communicate directly with international clients when required Required Skills 5+ years of experience in PrestaShop development Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Deep understanding of PrestaShop architecture and module development Experience with REST APIs and web services integration Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows Experience with performance optimization and caching Understanding of SEO best practices for eCommerce Good to Have Experience with Magento or Shopify Knowledge of Docker or cloud environments such as AWS or GCP Experience with headless commerce or modern frontend frameworks Prior experience leading a team or mentoring developers What We’re Looking For Someone who takes ownership and responsibility Strong communication skills, especially with global clients Performance-focused mindset (speed, scalability, user experience) A proactive problem solver What You’ll Get Opportunity to work with international eCommerce brands Flexible working environment Growth into Tech Lead or Architect roles Exposure to multiple platforms including Magento, Shopify, and PrestaShop Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or send their resume to: [email protected]
