Senior Platform Engineer (GCP) Basic Details Experience: 3 to 6 Years Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Trivandrum A fast-growing AI & cloud analytics company building GCP-native data and ML platforms for global enterprise clients. Strong GCP partnership with active delivery across compute, Kubernetes, and serverless infrastructure. Role Overview We are hiring Senior Platform Engineers with strong GCP infrastructure experience to build, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure for data and ML platforms.

You will own IaC, Kubernetes workloads, and CI/CD pipelines for production environments. Key Responsibilities ▸ Design, provision, and manage GCP infrastructure: GKE (Kubernetes), Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage ▸ Write and maintain Terraform code for infrastructure-as-code across dev, staging, and production environments ▸ Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for platform and application deployments ▸ Write automation scripts in Python and/or Bash for operational tasks and infra management ▸ Manage GCP IAM, networking (VPC, firewall, load balancers), and cost governance ▸ Support cloud migrations from on-premises or other clouds (AWS/Azure) to GCP ▸ Collaborate with data and ML teams to ensure platform SLAs, reliability, and scalability Required Skills ▸ 4–6 years in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles ▸ Hands-on GCP expertise: GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC ▸ Strong Terraform skills — writing modules, managing state, and multi-environment deployments ▸ Proficiency in Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, Helm, namespace management) ▸ Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash for automation ▸ Experience with CI/CD tools: Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD Good to Have ▸ Experience with cloud migrations: on-prem to GCP, or AWS/Azure to GCP ▸ Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud Monitoring ▸ Exposure to Generative AI or MLOps infrastructure (Vertex AI, model serving)
