Senior Paid Media Manager (Meta Ads & Growth) | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media professional with a strong background in Meta Ads, customer acquisition, and performance-driven growth strategies.

This role is ideal for marketers who have hands-on experience managing complex paid social campaigns, optimizing performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve acquisition efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns across multiple audiences and markets

• Develop campaign structures, testing frameworks, and scaling strategies

• Analyze performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates, and attribution insights

• Identify growth opportunities through audience segmentation, creative testing, and campaign optimization

• Work closely with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to improve paid acquisition performance

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing, or Digital Acquisition

• Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns

• Experience optimizing campaigns across different objectives including acquisition, conversion, and growth

• Strong understanding of paid media analytics, attribution, and performance measurement

• Experience working with e-commerce, marketplace, travel, SaaS, or technology businesses is preferred
