This role involves providing high-level support for enterprise client (Europe), managing critical incidents, and ensuring maximum uptime, security, and performance across WAN infrastructures. Required Certifications & Experience • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise networking and security. • Certifications: Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) Certification (Level 5-7 preferred) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher.
