The Senior Technical Lead is a pivotal role within our development team, responsible for managing technology in complex projects. This position involves providing technical guidance to enhance the capabilities of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of robust solutions that align with organizational objectives. The Senior Technical Lead will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, driving technical standards and best practices across projects.---------------------------------------- Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable web applications using .NET technologies on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high‑quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+.

Implement responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular / React / Vue. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third‑party services. Work with SQL Server or other relational databases for data modeling and queries.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams for smooth delivery. Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications. Skill Requirements Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework. Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).

Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and Web Services. Hands‑on experience with SQL Server, LINQ, and query optimization. Familiarity with Azure / AWS cloud services.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Nice‑to‑Have Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.

Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.). Exposure to Unit Testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit). Understanding of OAuth2 / JWT authentication.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Other Requirements Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (Optional But Valuable). Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Optional But Valuable).

This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
