We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Battery Engineering Location: Delhi Experience: 5–10 Years We’re looking for a hands-on battery engineering leader to drive end-to-end battery pack design, manufacturing, testing, and scaling for next-generation EVs. Expertise in Battery Pack Design & Architecture Strong experience in Battery Quality & DFM/DFS Hands-on exposure to Laser & Ultrasonic Welding Deep understanding of Li-ion chemistry, thermal systems & validation Startup / EV background preferred Preferred Institutes: IIT Madras, IIT Bombay, Nirma & Tier-1 Baja/Supra colleges.
