Senior LIMS Developer

Base pay range $68.00/hr - $70.00/hr Title Senior LIMS Developer Location Deerfield, IL (100% REMOTE) Duration 10 Months Required Experience 5+ years (LIMS, SQL, Oracle) Responsibilities Primary Tasks and Responsibilities: Environmental setup & system cloning Set up the environment/DB required to perform cleansing in the client DMZ and validate readiness Set up data filtration scripts to filter the client's data, excluding SIMTRA data and continuous replication Remove security groups, permissions, or security keys from the cloned system (in the DMZ infrastructure environment) Data Cleansing Analyze database structure and create data cleansing scripts for all tables to clean SIMTRA data (Both Bloomington and Halle Data) Remove all SIMTRA data associated with SIMTRA Manufacturing sites, SIMTRA Product Codes, documents (files/attachments), including SIMTRA PII data from the cloned system Testing and Validation Draft data verification scripts to ensure no SIMTRA data is being shared with the client Perform regression testing to ensure system accuracy Documentation Prepare documentation for client to clone the application and enable system access Provide instructions for client to complete integrations and system setup Qualifications LIMS development and configuration skills Solid understanding of build/deployment process Strong experience with Labvantage LIMS v8+ Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organization skills Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Advanced technical knowledge of Java modules/frameworks (web services, Hibernate, JMS) Experience with Jasper Reports is a plus Command of SQL queries (Oracle or MS SQL) Experience with Java EE servers (Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere) Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
