Overview of the role

Key responsibilities

Requirements

- HR Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in human resources, people operations, or related roles.

- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and employee relations.

- Business Partnership: Experience acting as a business partner for leadership teams.

- Complex Case Management: Ability to manage complex HR cases and sensitive situations effectively.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Communication Excellence: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
