Senior GTM Manager - UK

Overview

In this GTM Senior Manager role, you’ll drive regional UK GTM alignment and execute strategic programs in collaboration with regional and global teams. You’ll shape the UK GTM operating model and pursue operational excellence through AI-enabled workflows, ensuring smooth adoption of product initiatives in the UK. You’ll partner with regional leadership and cross-functional groups to connect strategy with execution and improve how customer initiatives land in the region.

• Define and evolve the regional UK GTM operating model
• Maintain central GTM release calendars and roadmaps using Asana and Jira
• Establish cross-functional alignment forums between global product groups and regional commercial teams
• Champion AI tools and automated workflows to streamline coordination, reporting, and communication

• Proven experience in GTM, operations, or project management
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in global organisations
• Practical background using project management and roadmapping tools (Asana, Jira)
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate reporting and automate workflows
• Strong relationship-building across Product, Sales, and Marketing
• Clear communication and ability to make trade-off decisions in ambiguity
