Job Description Job Description Senior Financial Analyst Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in financial reporting and corporate finance activities. This role is responsible for leading external financial reporting, overseeing internal financial reporting processes, managing consolidations, supporting audits, and contributing to planning and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, experience in financial reporting and consolidations, and the ability to operate with a high degree of independence. Your success will be defined by your ability to: Lead the preparation of external financial reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial results, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation Ensure consistency and integrity of financial information across multiple entities Manage the consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and foreign exchange considerations Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues and prepare technical accounting documentation as required Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and coordinate audit processes and deliverables Prepare materials and present financial information to senior leadership and governance bodies Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance insights Coordinate tax reporting requirements, including corporate filings and cross‑border considerations Contribute to strategic initiatives such as system implementations, acquisitions, and process improvements Develop financial models, dashboards, and enhanced reporting tools Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, timelines, and data quality Your strengths include: CPA designation or near completion 4-7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, including IFRS, and disclosure requirements Experience with consolidation and multi‑entity financial environments Exposure to audit processes and external reporting requirements Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate complex financial information to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Proactive mindset focused on problem‑solving and continuous improvement If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the " Apply " button to send your resume directly to Rob Mella.
