As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for an execution-focused Senior Engineering Manager who can lead high-impact engineering teams, drive operational excellence, and build reliable, scalable systems that support our retail and supply chain ecosystem. Role Overvie wWe are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Engineering Manager with strong experience in retail-tech, omnichannel commerce, logistics, or supply chain-driven environments.

This role requires a leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and can balance strategic thinking with deep technical involvement .You will lead multiple engineering pods responsible for business-critical platforms such as Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), POS integrations, ERP integrations, inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and customer-facing commerce experiences .The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, highly accountable, technically strong, and passionate about building reliable systems that directly impact business outcomes . Key Responsibiliti esEngineering Leadership & Delive ryLead and mentor multiple engineering teams/pods across commerce, supply chain, and platform domain s.Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from concept to productio n.Ensure predictable delivery while maintaining high engineering quality standard s.Build a culture of ownership, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvemen t.Collaborate with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Experience, and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solution s.Retail & Supply Chain Platform Ownersh ipDrive development and evolution of OMS, WMS, ERP, POS, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics integration s.Enable seamless omnichannel customer experiences across D2C, retail stores, marketplaces, and partner ecosystem s.Design solutions for inventory visibility, order orchestration, returns management, fulfillment optimization, and supply chain automatio n.Partner with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through technolog y.Technical Excellen ceProvide technical leadership on distributed systems, event-driven architectures, integrations, APIs, and asynchronous processin g.Drive system scalability, reliability, performance, and observability initiative s.Establish engineering best practices around architecture reviews, code quality, testing, deployment, and incident managemen t.Guide teams in making sound technical decisions while balancing speed and long-term maintainabilit y.Operational Excellence & Reliabili tyOwn production health, service reliability, and operational readines s.Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvement s.Define and track SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and operational KPI s.Build strong monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability framework s.Drive proactive reliability and resilience initiatives across critical system s.Stakeholder Manageme ntPartner closely with leadership, product managers, operations teams, and external vendor s.Align engineering roadmaps with business priorities and organizational goal s.Communicate technical and delivery status effectively to senior stakeholder s.Manage dependencies across multiple teams and function s. Required Qualificati ons8–12 years of software engineering experience with 3–5 years leading engineering tea ms.Proven experience managing multiple engineering pods or tea ms.Strong background in retail-tech, e-commerce, omnichannel commerce, logistics, supply chain, or marketplace ecosyste ms.Experience working with OMS, WMS, ERP, POS, inventory management, fulfillment, or logistics platfor ms.Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, integrations, messaging systems, and asynchronous workflo ws.Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and modern engineering practic es.Strong understanding of production operations, reliability engineering, observability, and incident manageme nt.Demonstrated ability to drive execution in high-growth, rapidly changing environmen ts.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skil ls.
