Senior ELV/ BTS Engineer

We’re Hiring | Senior Engineer – Building Technology Solutions (BTS) Location: Kochi, India Experience: 7+ Years Design Confidence is looking for a Senior Engineer – Building Technology Solutions (BTS) to support the delivery of innovative and integrated ICT, Security, Audio Visual (AV), and Smart Building solutions across regional and international projects. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and coordination of ICT, ELV, Security, AV, and smart building systems across different project stages. • Prepare design reports, calculations, layouts, schematics, technical specifications, presentations, and authority submission packages. • Attend and actively participate in client meetings, design workshops, technical discussions, and project coordination meetings. • Present design concepts, system strategies, technical proposals, and project updates to clients and stakeholders. • Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, specialist consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Support BIM-based project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit, ACC/BIM360, and digital collaboration platforms . • Develop system strategies covering structured cabling, network infrastructure, video surveillance, access control, video conferencing, AV, and integrated technology platforms. • Support authority engagement and ensure compliance with regional requirements and international standards. • Conduct internal design reviews, QA/QC, and mentor junior engineers within the BTS team. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in ICT / Security / AV / ELV design consultancy . • Middle East project experience is mandatory (UAE/KSA preferred). • Strong experience in client-facing roles, including presentations, workshops, and stakeholder engagement. • Good understanding of integrated BTS design principles and multidisciplinary coordination. • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC/BIM360 , and digital design workflows. • Knowledge of regional authority requirements and international standards is preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and coordination skills.
