Senior Engineer

Laing O'Rourke (Expanded) are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer to work on our Monklands Hospital Replacement project, in Airdire (Glasgow). Major UK healthcare appointment | Laing O'Rourke Scope of works reinforced concrete structures Role & Responsibilities Managing a team of between 2 and 4 Section Engineers Utilise and recommend best engineering methods Design process knowledge RAMS Interpret as-built information Provides guidance to less experience staff Completes QA documentation and record keeping Implements ITP requirements Production of method statements or understanding of how they are produced Temporary works understanding and TWC (Temporary works coordinator) Understanding of materials and plant including call off schedules Aware of site HS&E procedures Experience / Qualifications Degree qualified in Civil Engineering discipline, other construction related degree or an industry recognised technical or engineering qualification Circa 6 years' relevant technical / practical experience within an engineering role Structures experience About Us Laing O'Rourke are an international engineering and construction company delivering state-of-the-art infrastructure and buildings projects for clients in the UK, Middle East and Australia.
