Graduate Manufacturing Engineer / Graduate Engineer

Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Electromechanical Manufacturing Location: Bristol Employment Type: Permanent We are working with a leading electromechanical manufacturing company based in Bristol to recruit a Senior Manufacturing Engineer . As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across production processes, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring that manufacturing systems deliver high quality, efficient, and cost-effective output. Lead process improvement initiatives across assembly, test, and manufacturing areas.

Support the introduction of new products and technologies into production. Develop, validate, and optimise manufacturing methods, tooling, and equipment. Work closely with design, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues. Identify and implement opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency (Lean / Six Sigma). Support the training and development of production staff in new methods and equipment.

Degree or HND in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally within electromechanical or precision assembly environments. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

Hands-on experience with process validation, PFMEA, and production documentation. Ability to lead projects and influence across multidisciplinary teams.
