Job Description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Sales to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.
The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Business Services environment.
Location: Fremont, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $204,500 - $263,400 annually
Responsibilities
- Drive and develop sales strategies for designated business units
- Execute business plans and manage revenue costs for the sales division
- Direct and enhance sales productivity across specific regions
- Implement strategic and tactical sales goals and plans
- Review and approve sales productivity reports
- Develop and champion sales initiatives for competitive advantage
- Motivate and retain a high-performing sales team
- Establish systems to enhance sales skills in representatives
- Drive growth through partnerships and strategic account planning
- Implement account development disciplines focusing on new and existing accounts
Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in sales and business strategy
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Expertise in handling intricate sales situations and building partnerships
- Skilled in formulating and managing sales strategies
- Advanced contract management skills
- Extensive knowledge of the computer distribution industry
- Strong understanding of Sales Operations
