The Role

As our Senior Content Writer, you 'll own how Helo.ai and its people show up everywhere — blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and PR. You 'll move confidently between formats, run the content calendar, and bring a strong sense of what works for each brand and channel.

We're looking for someone versatile and self-driven who can turn one idea into the right piece for the right platform.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation

• Write blogs, guides, case studies, and website pages
• Take pieces from research to publish
• Keep formatting, grammar, and metadata clean

LinkedIn Personal Branding

• Ghostwrite thought-leadership content for founders and leaders
• Build authentic, consistent voices for each leader

Social Media (End-to-End)

• Own social from idea to publish — plan, write, schedule, review
• Create Instagram captions, carousels, and short-form content
• Tune content to what works for each platform

Content Calendar

• Own and run the full content calendar
• Balance formats, channels, and campaign timelines

Email Marketing

• Write newsletters, nurture flows, and campaign copy
• Craft subject lines and CTAs that convert

PR&Media

• Draft press releases, pitches, and announcements
• Support launches, partnerships, and milestones

SEO

• Apply SEO best practices to web and long-form content
• Work with the SEO team to improve reach

Collaboration&Quality

• Partner with product, design, and marketing
• Uphold brand voice across every channel
• Review peer content and share feedback
• Refresh outdated content and fix broken links

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in content writing, personal branding, or digital marketing
• Strong writing and editing across short- and long-form
• Comfort with LinkedIn ghostwriting and personal branding (preferred)
• PR or media writing experience (a plus)
• Solid grasp of SEO and keyword basics
• Comfort using AI tools to work faster, keeping voice human
• A portfolio showing range across channels

Nice to have: experience in startups or working with a founder's desk, or writing for tech/SaaS brands.
