Working in a 12-month max term contract, the Senior Change Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end change across a diverse portfolio of technology, product and business initiatives.
\n - \n
The role primarily delivers change for small to medium technology initiatives within the project portfolio, working alongside squads. Depending on business priorities, the role may also partner with business leaders to support strategic business-led change initiatives focusing on people, capability and ways of working.

The role leads the development of integrated change, communication, engagement and learning approaches, builds change capability across leaders and delivery teams, and contributes to the continuous improvement of change practices across AP+.

Core Accountabilities

Shape and deliver end-to-end change strategies and plans that support successful AP+ initiatives

Create and deliver targeted change, communication, engagement and learning approaches that drive adoption
\n - \n
Coach and support leaders and delivery roles to strengthen change capability across initiatives
\n - \n
Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices through the Change Community of Practice
\n
\n
Experience and Capability
\n- \n
- \n
Change management certification essential
\n - \n
5+ years proven experience in leading and delivering change management in complex or evolving environments
\n - \n
Comfortable working autonomously, while actively collaborating with a supportive and experienced change team.
\n - \n
A roll-up-your-sleeves approach; hands-on in developing change collateral, assessing impacts, and designing practical mitigations that work in the real world
\n - \n
Genuine interest in shaping behaviours and mindsets across the business
\n - \n
Confidence navigating ambiguity and connecting the dots between strategy and delivery
\n - \n
Clear, engaging communicator who builds trust and influence at all levels
\n - \n
Confident working in agile and waterfall
\n
\n
