Senior Business Analyst

Company :Ahmedabad based Medical Device Manufacturing. Job Title : Sr. Business Analyst Reporting to : MD/CEO Location : Sanand , Ahmedabad.

Job Purpose The Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office of MD/CEO. The role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a manufacturing setup. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with production, QA-QC, purchase, sales, finance, HR, Regulatory affairs , PPIC and maintenance teams Prepare notes / minutes of all meetings and follow up on action points from meetings and ensure timely execution Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, bankers, and government officials when required Business & Operational Support Assist MD/ CEO in tracking production schedules, delivery timelines, and key business metrics Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for review Support MD/CEO in strategic planning, audits, and compliance-related activities Help organize factory visits, reviews, and management meetings Personal & Confidential Assistance Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Manage personal tasks assigned by MD/CEO if required Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the MD/CEO office Administrative Support Manage the MD/CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, and presentations Maintain confidential files, records, and documents Act as the first point of contact between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders Key Requirements Candidate should be Engineering Graduate preferably with qualification in Business Management / Operations, with 10 to 15 years of experience, with last 5 years in similar role.
