Senior Business Analyst

Tasks and responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and document business and operational needs;
• Lead workshops with business sectors;
• Mapping current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) processes;
• Identify issues, risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement;
• Produce analyses and recommendations supporting decision-making;
• Define and recommend performance and profit indicators;
• Support organizational and digital transformation initiatives;
• Apply a continuous improvement approach inspired by Lean Six Sigma.

Profile

• Have significant experience in business analysis;
• Have a strong background in process optimization and modeling;
• Demonstrate experience in organizational and digital transformation;
• Collaborate effectively with managers and stakeholders at different levels;
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, autonomy and popularization skills;
• Be a strong asset through knowledge of Lean Six Sigma approaches.
