This is a pivotal leadership role for a self-driven operator ready to serve as the inaugural local hire for a global organization. As the primary representative in North America, you will bridge the gap between our international core and the rapidly evolving domestic Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) market. You will be responsible for shaping our local presence and leading the digital transformation of advanced therapy manufacturing with humility, conviction, and impact.

Lead Feature Delivery: Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of high‑impact software initiatives, from initial concept through implementation. Translate Industry Challenges: Convert real‑world CGT regulatory, operational, and supply chain challenges into clear product requirements and development priorities.

Champion Digitization: Articulate why integrated digital systems are fundamental to the future of advanced therapies. Bridge Global Teams: Work seamlessly across Development, QA, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure excellence across different time zones. Drive Adoption: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and training to inspire confidence in stakeholders.

Build Relationships: Cultivate enduring partnerships through a consultative approach grounded in active listening and purposeful communication. Mentor and Guide: Offer constructive feedback and foster leadership qualities in those around you.
