Job Title: Construction Coordinator Location: Brentwood, TN (Onsite – 5 days/week) Pay: $21-23/hr Duration: 6-month contract (strong potential for extension) About the Role We’re partnering with a a Fortune 300 rural retail organization to bring on a Construction Coordinator to support new store builds and remodel projects across their growing retail footprint. This role sits at the center of construction operations — helping manage documentation, financial tracking, and coordination across internal teams, vendors, and contractors. Key Responsibilities Support construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations Manage and maintain project documentation, contracts, and file systems Track and process invoices, pay applications, and vendor proposals Assist with budget tracking, funding requests, and financial reconciliation Coordinate communication across internal teams, contractors, vendors, and leadership Support bidding processes, store walks, and warranty coordination Ensure compliance with document retention policies and reporting requirements Assist with ad hoc reporting and project tracking as needed Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, construction coordination, or administrative/project support Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Construction, or related field Experience with project management or procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Procore, Projectmates, etc.) Familiarity with construction or financial terminology Why Tractor Supply?
