Senior Back End Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct discovery to understand business rules and design scalable solutions.
• Develop solutions and address issues at the root cause of the squad's needs.
• Monitor alert channels, identify blockers, mitigate them, and propose solutions.
• Define and develop architecture for new features, maintaining traceability and observability throughout development.

Requirements

• Degree in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, Software Analysis and Development, or a related area.
• Solid knowledge of programming languages: Node.js, Java, and Python.
• Previous experience in software development, preferably with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices.
• Attention to code quality and standardization, ensuring readability, scalability, and performance.
• Experience with production systems and cloud platforms.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of agile practices including Scrum and Kanban, with familiarity with roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
• Strong knowledge of AWS.
