Senior Analyst – Executive Briefing Coordinator Location: Round Rock, TX Pay: $56 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Join a leading global technology organization as a Senior Analyst – Executive Briefing Coordinator, supporting high-impact Executive Briefing Center (EBC) programs and customer engagements. In this role you will drive end-to-end coordination of executive briefings and events, delivering exceptional experiences that strengthen customer relationships and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead logistics and execution of executive briefings and PC Day events, including scheduling, venues, and onsite coordination Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery and high attention to detail Prepare meeting spaces, technology, and demo environments for successful presentations Oversee day‑of‑event operations including attendee management, timing, and issue resolution Collaborate with sales, executives, presenters, vendors, and cross‑functional teams Track event metrics, attendance, and performance to drive continuous improvement Manage event tools such as Cvent, SharePoint, and Workfront Support communications, reporting, and post‑event documentation Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, program management, or operations Proven ability to manage complex logistics and high‑visibility events Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Experience supporting executive meetings or customer‑facing engagements Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short‑term disability 401(k) plans Weekly pay available every Friday Employee discount programs This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys delivering world‑class customer experiences.
