Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Experience Required: 7–8 Years

Qualification: Preferably Inter CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalization of Accounts including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement
• Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS
• Handling and coordination of ROC-related matters with CA/CS
• Coordination with site team for accounting and financial requirements
• Managing financial aspects related to land transactions
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Resort & Hospitality Industry
• Good understanding of land-related accounting and documentation
