We're Hiring | Senior Account Manager – Social Media & Digital Communications We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a leading integrated advertising and event management organization. Location: Kanjurmarg (East), Mumbai (Client Location) Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage end-to-end client servicing for government accounts ✔ Lead social media, content, creative, and digital communication projects ✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution ✔ Build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders ✔ Oversee campaign planning, reporting, and stakeholder management ✔ Lead and mentor account management teams Preferred Experience: ✅ 7–10 years in Account Management, Client Servicing, Social Media, or Digital Communications ✅ Mandatory experience handling Government Ministries, Departments, PSUs, or Public Sector projects ✅ Experience working from client locations on government mandates ✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills ✅ Agency experience in Government Communications, Public Affairs, PR, Digital, or Strategic Communications is highly preferred Industry Background Preferred: Government Communication Agencies | Public Affairs Firms | PR Agencies | Digital Agencies handling Government Accounts | PSU Communication | Infrastructure Communication | Strategic Communication Consultancies
