About Vexcolt India Vexcolt India Pvt. Ltd. is the Indian arm of Vexcolt UK — a global manufacturer of building expansion joint systems installed at Heathrow Airport, Wembley Stadium and Changi Airport. In India we manufacture, supply and install, with 76 projects across 20 states for clients including DLF, L&T, Tata, Shapoorji Pallonji and Embassy Group, plus metro, airport and hospital projects for government authorities. The role Office-based business development with modern tools, at our Azadpur (New Delhi) office. You will find upcoming construction projects online, run email and LinkedIn outreach to architects, PMCs, contractors and developers (our templates and target databases already exist), prepare quotations from BOQs with our BD Head, keep the lead tracker current, and attend client meetings when leads warrant — initially accompanied, later independently. You will use AI tools (Claude) daily for drafting and research; full training provided. No knowledge of expansion joints required — full product training from day one. What you will do • Research construction project databases, tender portals and LinkedIn daily to find buildings that need expansion joints • Run outreach: email campaigns (Brevo) and call/follow-up cycles • Prepare quotations from client BOQs and track every quote to a decision • Maintain the lead tracker — every lead, every follow-up, current at all times • Execute marketing: LinkedIn posts, client documents and creatives using Claude (training provided) • Report weekly: leads contacted, quotes sent, pipeline movement Who we are looking for • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory); civil/architecture background a plus • 1–4 years in sales, BD, marketing or client-facing roles; building materials/construction/real estate exposure is a strong advantage; exceptional freshers considered • Strong written English (assessed at interview) and confident phone/in-person communication • Computer-comfortable: spreadsheets, email, and willingness to learn AI tools fast • Organised, honest, persistent — small team, your tracker is the company's memory Compensation & terms • ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month in-hand, based on experience • ₹3,000–₹5,000 incentive per lead that converts to a confirmed order — paid promptly • Client-visit travel fully reimbursed • 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday; Sundays and national holidays off • Reports to the Director; works day-to-day with the BD Head How to apply Apply with your CV and answer these two questions in 2–3 lines each (applications answering them are shortlisted first): Tell us about a time you converted a cold lead into a client — what exactly did you do? 2.
