Branded Content Sales - Strategic Accounts (Real Estate Solutions) Role Overvie w We are looking for a high-impact city-level Subject Matter Expert who will drive strategic revenue growth across large real estate developers for Content & Research sales. This is an individual contributor role that combines domain expertise with enterprise business development. The role owner will act as a consultative partner to real estate developers and will be responsible for selling integrated branded content solutions across three key areas: content marketing and brand authority, real estate research and market intelligence, and visualization and digital experience solutions.
This position requires strong solution selling capability, the ability to navigate complex real estate developer organizations, engage CXOs, build business cases, and close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Key Responsibilities:- ๏ท Strategic Business Development and Enterprise Hunting Identify, prioritize, and acquire large real estate developer accounts within the city. Build and manage a strong pipeline across content, research, and visualization solutions.
Map customer organizations and navigate across Sales, Marketing, CRM, Digital, Strategy, and CXO offices. Build relationships with decision makers including CMOs, Sales Heads, CRM Heads, CIOs, Business Heads, and Managing Directors. Represent the organization at exhibitions, events, trade fairs, and industry forums. ๏ท Consultative and Solution Selling Understand client business drivers including project launches, sales velocity, inventory pressure, brand positioning, and marketing ROI.
Influence developer marketing and growth strategy using domain expertise. Design and present integrated solutions combining content marketing programs, market intelligence, visualization tools, AI-driven automation, SaaS platforms, and CRM solution. Build ROI-driven proposals aligned with customer budgets and growth plans.
Position the organization as a strategic growth partner rather than a transactional vendor. ๏ท CXO-Level Engagement Present structured business cases to senior leadership. Articulate value in terms of revenue acceleration, brand differentiation, cost optimization, automation, and customer lifecycle improvement. Lead commercial negotiations and close enterprise contracts. ๏ท Revenue Ownership Own city-level revenue targets across all solution pillars.
Drive integrated deals that combine multiple solution lines. Expand wallet share across developer portfolio. Deliver predictable pipeline and closure performance. ๏ท Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Account Managers for account farming and relationship continuity.
Collaborate with central product, research, content, visualization, and marketing teams to design customized solutions. Translate client needs into structured briefs for delivery teams. Ensure customer success and long-term engagement.
