School Medical & First Aid Lead - Secondary School in Tower Hamlets We are seeking a dedicated and organised Medical & First Aid Lead to join our team at a secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a vital role supporting the health, safety, and wellbeing of our students, particularly those with additional and complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and overseeing all medical needs within the school Maintaining accurate student health records and care plans Managing and monitoring medication on-site, liaising with parents/carers as needed Acting as the lead first aider and responding to medical emergencies Ensuring first aid provision across the school, including staff training and equipment checks Supporting students with complex or ongoing health conditions Working closely with the school nurse, safeguarding team, and external professionals Organising medical room provision and supporting health-related initiatives Requirements: First aid qualification (or willingness to train) Strong organisational and record-keeping skills Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies Excellent communication and interpersonal xwzovoh skills Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing What We Offer: A rewarding role making a real difference to students' lives Supportive and collaborative working environment Ongoing training and development opportunities If you are passionate about student health and wellbeing and thrive in a responsible, people-focused role, we would love to hear from you.
