TCS is Hiring for SAP SuccessFactors-Succession, Development Exp: 5 to 10 Years Must Have Skills: 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant in Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development Good Experience in SuccessFactors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissions etc.. Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) Superior communications skills, both verbal and written Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel Nice to Have Skills: Minimum of 3 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors focused on Employee Central, from planning to configuration through go-live Experience with PY integrations Experience in global deployment Responsibilities: As a Certified SAP SuccessFactors functional senior consultant, you will use your deep knowledge and experience with Employee Central to help us solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by: Working closely with a large team to deliver results Lead and manage teams or work streams to contribute to the Employee Central implementation and overall project success Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with different team that will contribute to your growth and development
