The Golden Peacock Awards Golden Peacock Awards, instituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD), India, which is now celebrating over 34 glorious years, is currently regarded as hallmark of Corporate Excellence, both locally and globally. Established in the year 1991, as one of the early and prime initiatives of IOD, it has been attracting more than 1000 corporate applications annually, for 15 different corporate key functional domains. Today, no other business Award globally is accorded such recognition & patronage - known as 'Badge of Excellence' globally under the ‘Golden Peacock Excellence Model’.

Role Description: The Executive / Manager – GPA Feedback Reports will be responsible for evaluating and assessing applications submitted for the prestigious Golden Peacock Awards across various corporate disciplines. The role includes reviewing and analyzing submitted documentation, preparing detailed evaluation and feedback reports, conducting comparative assessments in line with the established award criteria, and coordinating with assessors wherever required to ensure accuracy, quality standards, and timely completion of reports. Key Responsibilities: Finalization and preparation of feedback reports for GPA applications.

Drafting, reviewing, and editing reports with effective English communication and report-writing standards. Conducting independent research, verification, and cross-checking of information related to applicant organizations to verify feedback proposed by the assessor. Coordinating and networking with assessors, wherever required, for clarification and feedback inputs.

Knowledge of quality standards and to ensure timely completion of reports. Handling commercial organization-related documentation and analysis with accuracy and professionalism. Desired Skills & Competencies: Excellent English communication and drafting skills.

Strong report writing and analytical abilities. Ability to independently research and validate information. Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented with strong quality-checking capabilities. Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduate in any discipline. 5–10 years of relevant experience in report writing, assessment coordination, quality processes, research, or similar profiles. Compensation: Budget up to ₹75,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability).
