Senior Executive - Portfolio Analyst, EMENA

Portfolio and Pipeline: • Drive the ‘Make It Better’ process ensuring countries have the right products available to them at the right time via country wishlists and provide feedback within set timescales. • Propose and evaluate new opportunities for addition into the EMENA pipeline and complete a financial assessment via business case (BC). • Deliver BCs for new pipeline opportunities including NPV, IRR, Break-Even, SWOT analysis and competitive intelligence before selecting pipeline proposals for Pre-PST. • Follow end to end Pre-PST process for EMENA Portfolio team. • Assist with exploiting the current portfolio utilizing analysis of market dynamics across the EMENA region and taking account of individual Country strategies including ongoing monitoring. • Evaluate & track Product Development, roll out and all CMO activities including geographical expansions via ‘Make It Better’ including maintaining the RUP calendar. • Drive project milestones, define timelines and track progress including challenging others and identifying when delays threaten project timelines, execution and delivery. • Incorporate life cycle management via Make It Better and COGs improvement requests. • Support with continuous process improvement in pipeline deliverables across indications/therapy areas. • Deliver in-depth accurate analysis and reporting to the senior team monthly via the Executive slides. • Provide accurate data analysis and reporting excellence to support all functions of the EMENA Portfolio team. • Responsible for maintaining the New Filing Regulatory budget and the tracking/publication of other filing budgets (including updating annual costings) and working collaboratively across multiple teams/stakeholders. • Obtain feedback from clusters and work cross functionally to compile and deliver full analysis on all MA related reporting. • Responsible for all required IMS reporting and delivery within set timescales Support with all cluster reporting and minutes. • Ensure systems are used, all trackers are updated correctly and all EMENA Portfolio team processes are followed, suggesting opportunities for continuous process improvement. • Maintain non-silo cross-functional working across full EMENA Portfolio team, assisting with ad-hoc requests and supporting Head of Portfolio EMENA to deliver world class Portfolio and Pipeline business. Regulatory: • Work cross functionally and own the New Filing Regulatory budget process including updating annual costs, maintaining accurate records, creating monthly reporting and ensuring all filings are monitored, updated and tracked efficiently with date variations flagged to relevant stakeholders. • Ensure any updates to regulatory new filing budget are communicated correctly/within timescales. R&D: • Work cross functionally to ensure clear communication channels, project tracking and delivery of progress reports. • Drive project milestones, define timelines, track and report progress of generic pipeline products. • Track, challenge and report when delays threaten project timelines, execution and delivery, utilizing RAG status for at risk projects and proposing solutions.

Cross Functional: • Deliver clear strategy for each new generic project utilizing qualitative BC feedback from countries regarding market access, stability and packaging requirements. • Ensure all generic BCs are updated if less than 12 months to filing submission. • Assist other EMENA Portfolio team members with ad-hoc tasks as required. • Support new verticals such as Animal Health and Plasma products.
