Incident & Problem Management

Resolve SAP MM incidents within agreed SLAs.

Analyse and troubleshoot production issues.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Coordinate with L3 teams for code fixes and complex defects.

Support critical P1/P2 incidents.

Service Requests: Process business requests related to

Material Master

Vendor Master

Purchasing Documents

Release Strategies

Inventory Management

STOs (Stock Transfer Orders)

Execute approved configuration updates and minor enhancements.

SAP MM Functional Support

Strong knowledge of:

Area Topics

Procurement > PR, PO, RFQ, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements

Master Data > Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records

Inventory Management > Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer Posting
