Job Title : SAP S/4 FICO Business Analyst Location: Winnipeg, MB | Work Model: Onsite Duration: Initial 6 months + extensions up to 24 months Work Hours: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM CST, Monday–Friday Tools / Tech Agile tools (e.g., backlog/user story systems) Responsibilities Elicit and document finance requirements into user stories and functional specs Configure SAP S/4 FICO modules to meet business needs Lead backlog prioritization and refinement in Agile teams Collaborate with developers to deliver high-quality releases Design and execute unit testing and UAT scripts Drive process improvements across finance operations Act as liaison between business and IT stakeholders Ensure delivery aligns to product and strategic goals Support integration across FI, SD, MM, and HR modules Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences Must-Have Qualifications SAP S/4HANA FICO 7+ Expert RTR, GL, AP/AR, CO configuration SAP FICO BA 5+ Advanced Requirements, specs, backlog Public Sector 3+ Advanced Government SAP programs Agile Delivery 3+ Advanced User stories, backlog mgmt SAP Configuration 5+ Expert FICO config, testing Finance Processes 5+ Expert GL, COPA, cost centers Stakeholder Mgmt 5+ Advanced Cross-functional influencing Nice-to-Have SAP FSCM 2+ Intermediate Claims management Integrations 3+ Advanced FI-SD, FI-MM, FI-HR COPA/Product Costing 3+ Advanced Manufacturing finance Documentation 3+ Advanced UI/process documentation Note: Candidate should meet the must haves. #J-18808-Ljbffr
