SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN in its search for a Salesforce Manager . This Salesforce Manager will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of a global Salesforce CRM platform and B2B Sales Portal across a portfolio of premium consumer brands. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation through a modern Digital Showroom and Dealer Order Management Platform, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey from product storytelling to order acquisition.
The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and Center of Excellence for Salesforce CRM, B2B eCommerce, and data-driven decision‑making, collaborating cross‑functionally with IT, sales, marketing, and external partners to deliver best‑in‑class user experiences, scalable solutions, and measurable business outcomes. This is a high‑impact opportunity for a Salesforce Manager with strong data analytics, reporting, and project management expertise to shape global CRM strategy and enhance operational performance. Responsibilities Lead the overall strategy, governance, and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform and B2B Sales Portal Drive digital transformation initiatives, including implementation of a Digital Showroom and Dealer Order Management system Partner with IT, vendors, and third‑party implementation teams to deliver scalable Salesforce and B2B eCommerce solutions Define business requirements, process flows, and system specifications to support platform enhancements and integrations Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment of Salesforce initiatives Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to improve user experience and platform functionality Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure performance and drive data‑informed decisions Develop and maintain data analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI and Salesforce reporting tools Lead user training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives for internal teams and external partners Maintain product catalogs, pricing, marketing assets, and digital content within the Sales Portal ecosystem Ensure seamless integration with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into system solutions Continuously evaluate and enhance platform capabilities, incorporating best practices in CRM, data analytics, and B2B commerce Support Salesforce user configuration, administration, and ongoing system maintenance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field 4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence Expert knowledge of Power BI Pro, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM, including administration, reporting, and platform optimization Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced Excel skills preferred Proven experience managing CRM platforms, B2B Sales Portals, or digital commerce systems Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to train and support users across multiple business functions and geographies Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or global organization preferred Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
