Job Description This is a 6+ month contract opportunity, supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on improving care delivery through data and technology. The team is looking to bring on a Salesforce Developer to design and build a scalable sales funnel within Salesforce, enabling their sales team to better track leads, manage pipelines, and drive more effective outreach. This is a highly impactful role where you’ll not only build and customize the Salesforce environment, but also help the organization fully understand and optimize how they use the platform today.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to evaluate current Salesforce usage, identify gaps, and implement improvements. In addition, you’ll train internal team members on best practices, ensuring long‑term adoption and success. 6+ month remote contract. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs Experience building and managing sales pipelines/funnels in Salesforce Ability to assess existing systems and recommend improvements Experience training or enabling end users on Salesforce Desired Skills & Experience Experience in healthcare or nonprofit environments Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II preferred) Strong background in reporting and dashboard creation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 70% Salesforce Development (Apex, Lightning, customization) 30% Sales Funnel Design, Training & Optimization Daily Responsibilities 50% Hands On Development 25% Stakeholder Collaboration & System Evaluation 25% Training & User Enablement You Will Receive The Following Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) (if applicable through employer/contracting firm) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
