Role: Salesforce Developer

Experience Required:

6 to 9 years in Salesforce development and support

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead L3 technical support and enhancement activities across Salesforce applications
• Handle complex production issues, root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
• Work on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations to enhance system functionality
• Perform performance tuning and optimization for existing implementations
• Manage and support:
  • Service Cloud workflows and processes
  • Experience Cloud (Portal/UI components)
  • Field Service (FSL) customizations
• Implement and support Data Cloud integrations (APIs, events, data flows)
• Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments, and production releases
• Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and fixes

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Apex & LWC development
  • Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, third-party systems)
• Functional and technical expertise in:
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud (Community/Portal)
  • Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Experience with Data Cloud integrations (events, APIs, data pipelines)
• Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD tools and version control
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience handling large-scale enterprise applications
• Knowledge of Salesforce performance optimization best practices
• Exposure to event-driven architecture and data streaming
