Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Nashville, TN to design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications. Location Nashville, TN Experience 3-5 years Key Qualifications Strong Salesforce skills in configuration and building custom Salesforce applications using APEX code. Hands‑on project experience implementing Agentforce, including building and deploying agents, configuring prompts and actions, integrating with flows/APEX/APIs, and supporting real‑world business cases in production environments.
Applicable Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Agentforce Specialist). Experience prototyping wireframes and building custom user interfaces using CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, and Visualforce. Knowledge and experience with formal delivery methodologies.
Experience with agent‑based SDLC tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar Agile workflows. Competence in writing clean, secure software code, ensuring bug‑free implementation and data protection. Relevant certifications in SaaS or package‑based solutions and related development tools.
Responsibilities Gather, develop, and analyze business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com. Utilize object‑oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions. Develop custom applications and perform unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages.
Perform data migration using Salesforce data loading tools. Design and develop functionalities and web integration using Apex. Use Force.com IDE and Eclipse platform for development, testing, and code deployment.
Create process and business flow diagrams, use cases, storyboard, training documents, and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint. Support and maintain applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance. Leverage project management Agile tools such as Jira or Rally to coordinate tasks.
Write software programs using specific programming languages or platforms and related tools to handle specific jobs such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment. Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users.
