Salesforce CPQ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes
• Configure and enhance CPQ capabilities, including:
  • Product Catalog Management
  • Product Rules
  • Price Rules
  • Bundle Configuration
  • Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals
  • Contracting and Renewals
  • Amendments and Subscription Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ configuration, pricing, and quoting issues
• Optimize CPQ performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

Conga CLM Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions using Conga CLM
• Configure contract templates, clauses, approval workflows, and contract generation processes
• Implement and support contract negotiations, redlining, and version control
• Troubleshoot issues related to contract generation and workflows within Conga CLM

Conga Composer Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Conga Composer templates and document generation solutions
• Configure Composer buttons, queries, batch processes, and automated document generation
• Build dynamic proposals, quotes, agreements, audit reports, and customer-facing documents
• Improve document generation performance and user experience

DocuSign Responsibilities

• Configure and support DocuSign integrations with Salesforce
• Build and maintain automated eSignature workflows
• Manage envelope templates, recipient routing, signing sequences, and notifications
• Troubleshoot signature, envelope, and integration-related issues
• Ensure compliance with electronic signature and audit requirements
