Salesforce CDP and Interaction Studio Specialist Location: Mumbai Department: Marketing Technology / Customer Experience Position Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CDP and Interaction Studio Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer data platform and ensuring seamless customer interactions through personalized experiences. This role involves working closely with marketing, IT, and customer service teams to drive data-driven strategies and enhance customer engagement .

Key Responsibilitie s:Salesforce CDP Managemen t:Implement and manage Salesforce CDP to unify and segment customer data from multiple source s.Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data governance and privacy regulation s.Develop and maintain data integration processes between Salesforce CDP and other systems (CRM, marketing automation, etc. ).Interaction Studio Optimizatio n:Configure and optimize Salesforce Interaction Studio to deliver personalized customer experiences across various channels (web, email, mobile, etc. ).Develop and execute real-time interaction strategies to enhance customer journeys and drive engagemen t.Monitor and analyze interaction data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvemen t.Collaboration and Strateg y:Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to align CDP and Interaction Studio initiatives with business goal s.Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns based on insights derived from customer dat a.Provide training and support to team members on using Salesforce CDP and Interaction Studio effectivel y.Reporting and Analysi s:Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer data and interaction s.Conduct regular data analysis to measure the effectiveness of personalization efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvemen t.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CDP and customer interaction managemen t. Qualificatio ns:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fie ld.Proven experience with Salesforce CDP and Interaction Studio (certifications are a plu s).Strong understanding of data management, data integration, and data governance principl es.Proficiency in marketing technologies and tools, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics too ls.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for deta il.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional tea ms.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environme nt.
