I’m currently partnering with a global B2B distributor to hire an Sales Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support or customer-facing experience to join a dynamic, international organisation and gain exposure to the pharmaceutical sector. Working closely with Account and Development Managers, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial activities, managing customer enquiries, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

The Role Provide administrative and operational support to Account / Development Managers Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries Support sales lead administration and follow-up activities Prepare quotes, manage opportunity pipelines, and track sales activity Coordinate product sample requests and follow up with customers Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes Create Business Opportunities (BO), produce quotes and complete Follow Up Reports (FUR), ensuring timely action is taken to maintain the pipeline About You Previous experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Analytical mindset with the ability to work with sales data Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment Why Consider This Role?
