We are proud to be supporting a well-respected, independent regional developer who is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant to be based at a development in Abergavenny before moving on to a new development in Bridgend. With proven experience gained in a new home sales environment, you should bring outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A positive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach is also essential, along with a full driving licence and the ability to work regular weekend hours. You must be very well organised too, as an important part of your role will be keeping paperwork up to date. Key attributes essential to the role: Experience of sales in the new house building market. Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills. A positive attitude and approach Target driven and self-motivated IT Literate โ experience of using Microsoft systems Excellent communication skills โ both written and verbal A passion for customer service Our client is offering a basic salary of up to ยฃ28,000 together with an attractive commission and bonus structure including sales commission and door to door mileage. The working week for this role is Thursday to Monday with 1:6 weekends off (you must be able to work regular weekends and Bank Holidays).
