About Us We work with solar & heat pump installers across the UK, delivering high-intent, pre-qualified customers through a pay-per-appointment model. We have worked with 150+ installers so you are coming into a proven service that is looking to grow fast Your job is: Bring in high-quality installer partners Make them successful Grow the revenue they generate for our business You own a large part of our growth both through bringing in new business AND retaining existing business, and will be compensated accordingly What You’ll Actually Be Doing This role sits between sales and revenue growth. 1.

Close New Partners Take inbound demos and convert them into paying installers Qualify hard — we only work with the right clients Build relationships within the industry 2. Drive Early Success (0–60 Days) Onboard clients you sign (very straightforward) Ensure they have the necessary support Ensure they have all the tools required to successfully convert appointments we generate for them 3. Grow Revenue Per Account Increase appointment volume where there’s demand Retain and grow high-performing accounts Maximise LTV across your portfolio What We’re Looking For You’ve worked in sales, recruitment, or a high-performance agency environment You’re comfortable closing deals and taking demo calls You think commercially — not just “doing tasks” You take ownership of outcomes, not just inputs You’re competitive and motivated by earnings You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to be driven and coachable.

We want someone who: Closes the right clients at a high conversion rate Makes them successful Grows them over time That’s where the real money is, for you and for us. Compensation Base salary dependent on experience £300 per new partner closed (15-20+ per month target) Backend, recurring percentage for all revenue of clients you bring in Realistic earnings: OTE: £60k–£80k+ Top performers will exceed this. What Success Looks Like You’re consistently onboarding high-quality installers Your accounts are buying more appointments month-on-month You’re generating strong, predictable revenue
