Sales & Business Development Executive Location: New Delhi / Remote + Field Work Department: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2+ Years Reporting To: Business Head About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive with experience in the interior products, building materials, architecture, or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective business development strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, meetings, and industry events. Client Relationship Management Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales & Revenue Growth Convert leads into successful sales opportunities.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research & Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Provide valuable market feedback to support business growth and product positioning. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets). Professional email writing and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Experience Experience in Interior Products, Building Materials, Architecture Products, Paints, Construction Materials, or related industries. Existing network of architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, or project consultants is an advantage. Own laptop and personal conveyance preferred.
