Job Description
Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, technical specifications, and availability. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer issues in coordination with relevant departments. Quotations & Order Management Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with production and dispatch teams. Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
Sales Operations & Reporting Monitor sales pipeline and maintain CRM data. Analyze sales trends, customer requirements, and market opportunities. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Track KPIs such as inquiry conversion, order booking, revenue achievement, and customer acquisition. Team Management Set performance targets and monitor achievement. Foster a customer-centric and performance-driven culture.
Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams. Coordinate inventory availability and delivery schedules. Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred. 5โ10 years of sales experience, Experience in industrial products, hoses, rubber products, hydraulics, fluid transfer systems, engineering products, or manufacturing industries preferred. Required Skills Strong B2B sales and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of industrial hose products and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Team leadership and performance management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
